GBA-History

  • 1992

    • Masterpiece Group Japan was established 
  • 1998

    • INGO Group Italy was established 
    • 95TW China was established 
  • 2000

    • INETcc France was established 
  • 2006

    • COS Colombia was established 
  • 2009

    • INETcc launched a European network of call centers 
  • 2017

    • Masterpiece Group Japan launched GBA Global BPO Alliance 
  • 2019

    • An alliance was formed between INETcc and Masterpiece Group in order to merge their networks 
  • 2020

    GBA was established by 5 shareholders, with a total of 7,000 employees:

    • Masterpiece Group Japan
    • COS Colombia
    • 95TW China
    • INGO Italy
    • INETcc France

    3 Asian and 1 African company joined GBA, adding 10,000 employees:

    • Daythree – Malaysia
    • FiFoTech – Bangladesh
    • Nicecall – Thailand
  • 2021

    6 new members joined GBA, adding 30,000 employees:

    • AnswerNet – USA
    • Matbao – Vietnam
    • ISON – India & Africa
    • EuroCom CX
    • Etisal – Egypt & Saudi Arabia
    • Tcontakto – Peru & Bolivia

    GBA Global BPO Alliance aims to reach more than 50,000 employees by the end of the year.
